Friday wasn't too eventful..just went to work and was gonna meet up with some friends in K-town for some drinks, but when I got back to my apt. and showered I felt so lazy with the rain..plus I was still sick, so I thought I should rest up since I had to work the next day too. So I went to bed early and was somewhat better Saturday. It was a pretty chill work day luckily...very laid back which was good. Got to leave around 6 and then went back home to rest a bit before heading out for the nite.
Went out with my roomie to Prime...it was a really nice place, although they did have bouncers with bullet proof vests and people patting me down...dunno what that was about, but I guess that's NYC for ya! Got a few drinks and shots there and then I was off to meet some BC people for Mike's Bday bash in the Lower East Side. Met up with my good friend Kris and caught up a bit and saw a lot of familiar old faces from my BC days which was really nice!
Took a cab back home since it was pretty late and I had no clue how to take the subway back home...these late nite cab fares are gonna kill me for this summer! It was about $20 to get home....adds up after awhile!
Yesterday was really nice, met up with Shal at her rooftop for some champagne and aperitifs with the girls! It was so nice and relaxing and good to catch up with my old roomie from college! Then I met up with Steve, Jay and Chee hae for some kalbi in k-town..mmm yummy!!! After that, went to see "Drag me to Hell"..it was ok, more of a rent me movie..I was so annoyed with the people in the movie theatre..sooo loud and obnoxious and at one point this guy just stood in front of me for a good 5 min. and wouldn't leave! So rude!!! And then this one girl had an excorcist moment puking up green stuff all over the place! Over flowing the toilet, the sinks and all over the floor! Dunno what got into her, but so gross....made me want to puke too!
Today I did absolutely nothing!!!! Felt good tho..all I did was eat, sleep and watch tv! Gotta get ready for another busy day tomorrow...buenos noches! oxox
